Job Hunt

Day 7 of Karen's official job hunt...and no luck yet. A week ago, I (and another 500-1000 elementary school teachers) went to the Volusia County job fair. I had 7 great interviews. I met some principals I really liked, and actually had a good time interviewing. Unfortunately, none of them were hiring. Neither are any of the elementary schools within a 20 minute drive of our house. I'm told that jobs open up over the summer. I was really hoping to be hired before we left for SIX WEEKS, but that's probably not going to happen. We'll keep you updated......
